Payments

We accept several payment methods:

• Credit Card: You will be securely redirected to your bank's payment page to complete your purchase. Once the payment is successful, you will be sent back to our website and receive an order confirmation via email. A member of our team will then contact you to arrange for shipping.
• Bank Wire: Upon request, you will receive an invoice with our bank details. Use the invoice number in your SWIFT/BIC wire transfer. Once the exact amount on the invoice has been cleared and received, a member of our team will get in touch with you to arrange for shipping. Note: We recommend using WISE (money transfer service) platform for better exchange rates.
• Cryptocurrency Payments: We have partnered with BitPay, the world’s largest provider of bitcoin and cryptocurrency payment services. To pay with crypto, please write to contact@watchestate.sg so we can send you a KYC link, invoice and instructions to begin the payment process. • Checks: All checks, cashier's checks, and money orders will be held for 5 business days to ensure the funds have cleared before shipping your order.
• Pay in person: You may also make an appointment to complete the payment in our lounge in Amsterdam by cash, credit/debit card or PayNow. Please note that we strictly adhere to all the applicable laws and regulations concerning payments.

When you confirm an order, you agree to our terms and conditions. We may refuse or limit the quantity of any order you place. Your order is not considered final until we have shipped the items. If you don’t agree to these terms, please do not submit an order.

All watches we sell are guaranteed to be authentic, as described, and in good working order. However, since our vintage watches can be old and delicate, we do not offer extended service warranties unless otherwise stated, as we do not perform overhauls on watch movements.

We're happy to ship internationally, but a few rules apply.

• Customs, Duties  and Taxes: You are responsible for all import taxes and/or duties your government may charge on products shipped from Singapore. This includes any fees on warranty or replacement items.
• Shipping Restrictions: Some watches cannot be shipped to certain restricted countries. If you are located in a warzone or sanctioned country please contact us to find out if the item you are interested in can be shipped to your location. 
• Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to us because of a problem with delivery or customs, you will be responsible for any shipping costs.

• Fully Insured: All our shipments are fully insured with our carrier to provide you with peace of mind.
• Signature Required: For your security, all shipments require a direct signature upon delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery date. We will charge a fee if your package needs to be rerouted or if more than three delivery attempts are made.
• Delivery Times: In-stock items typically ship within 24-48 business hours. Delivery times for used items can vary. All packages are shipped via FedEx or Ferrari shipping. 

• Cancellations: You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet shipped. Once an item has shipped, you cannot cancel the order.
• Returns: All sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or is not as described, you may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion. To request a return, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 5% and a loss of shipping or customs cost reimbursement.

• Sales Tax: We collect a 9% goods and service tax for shipments within Singapore.
• Governing Law: This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time without notice.
