Every watch is authenticated by our specialists before it is ever offered — movement, case, dial and papers. Each sale includes a written guarantee of authenticity; if any piece we sell is ever shown to be inauthentic, you receive a full refund.

Unworn, Excellent, Very Good and Good — graded honestly against the watch's age, with polish history and service status declared in the condition report. What the listing says is what arrives.

Original box, papers and accessories all present. "Partial Set" means some original elements accompany the watch; "Watch Only" means none do. Set completeness is reflected in the price.

Major credit cards, bank transfer (FAST / PayNow / TT) and independent escrow — which we recommend for acquisitions above $50,000 SGD. All prices are in Singapore Dollars.

Your funds are held by a neutral third party while the watch is delivered to you. Only when you inspect and accept the piece are funds released to us. It costs you nothing extra and removes all trust risk from a high-value purchase.

By insured courier, door-to-door, signature on delivery — complimentary within Singapore. International shipping is fully insured and quoted at checkout. You may also collect at the gallery on Craig Road.

You have a 48-hour inspection window from delivery. If the watch does not match its description, return it unworn with all materials for a full refund.

Outright sale gives you a guaranteed figure settled the same day. Consignment usually nets more but takes longer — your piece is presented to our collectors and the open market on agreed terms. We will tell you honestly which suits your watch.

Yes. Consigned pieces are insured and stored at the gallery, with terms — including your net figure and the consignment duration — agreed in writing before listing.
